Hospice EBOP uses a multidisciplinary approach to meet the needs of not only our patients, but also their entire family/whanau.
Our goal is for you to feel supported through this journey physically, medically, emotionally, and spiritually.

After hours contact: Outside of the hours of Monday - Friday 8:00am - 4:30pm, our on-call palliative care nurse can assist you via telephone support.
Please dial 0800 322 9618 to reach the on-call nurse.
To arrange for equipment return: If you have hospice-loaned equipment that is no longer needed, please ring our Clinical Administrator, on 07 307 2244 Ext. 206 to arrange for collection. The family is also welcome to return equipment to Hospice EBOP themselves, but please do not dismantle beds, due to the possibility of breaking the motor and wiring.
